Description
Al is a UX/UI designer and works remotely for Click Travel whose HQ is based in Birmingham. They are a company of around 100 people based in Birmingham and remotely in the UK/Europe, 50 of these are in the product and engineering team. They offer flexible working i.e. being able to define your own hours as long as the work is done.
We discuss the challenge of being part of the team when working remotely and tools used to collaborate and work as part of a team when you are remote.
